Defining Free Rinsing Detergent

A non-free rinsing cleaner might contain fragrances that were designed to deposit and leave a fresh scent, or it might contain corrosion inhibitors that are designed to deposit and leave behind an anti-corrosion film.

Is Liquinox Drain Safe?

Q. In reviewing the SDS for Liquinox, we noticed that it says “Should not be released into the environment. Prevent from reaching drains, sewer or waterway.” How do you recommend we rinse components if Liquinox should not reach the drain?

Alconox Detergent for Antique Sink Restoration

Q. I work at a museum and my current project is to remove both oxidation of copper and what I assume are residues from calcareous water from a valuable, antique sink. From the XRF-analysis, I have identified the sink as having a copper base with a zinc-nickel plating.
