What is Keylajet detergent?

We’ve been a long time user of Solujet for our CIP system, and love it! I recently passed by your booth at a tradeshow and you set me up with a sample of Keylajet when we mentioned some extra viscous waxy residue we were having trouble removing. We were hoping to stay with our CIP method. It worked great! Can you relay more info?

Defining Free Rinsing Detergent

A non-free rinsing cleaner might contain fragrances that were designed to deposit and leave a fresh scent, or it might contain corrosion inhibitors that are designed to deposit and leave behind an anti-corrosion film.

Alconox, Inc, cleaners are free rinsing detergents and do not leave deposits on substrates after rinsing.

Glassware and Utensils Came Out Coated In A Dry White Residue

Q: We are working with a lab washer in a compounding pharmacy application. We are using Detergent 8 to clean glassware and utensils. The glassware and utensils came out coated in a dry white residue. Can you please advise why this is happening with this detergent?

Food Grade Cleaners: Removing Corn Syrup

We currently use Alconox detergent to clean our cold-form extruders. While it’s great for grease, it doesn’t seem to help cut the stickiness we see from cane molasses and corn syrup. Do you have a recommendation for another cleaning agent?

Clean in place (CIP) with Citrajet Detergent

Q. Our pharmaceutical company is transferring product manufacture to a different one our facilities. We used a CIP cleaning process with Citrajet and are going to have to perform validation and verification tests again. What information do we need for our testing? Chemical properties might be helpful as well as the science on how this chemical works. We would also need information on disposal and the requirements for allowing this to flow to normal process drains.
