Q: We already recommend Tergazyme for many of our customers (brewery). But do you have any recommendations for SCUBA equipment after use? Lots of salt water exposure. Is there anything you would recommend to soak dive equipment in?
A: If Tergazyme detergent is in play already via ease of selling/recommending to them, or if your customers have it, by all means that would be a fine choice to clean SCUBA and Buoyancy Compensator Devices, for both fresh and sea water.

Q. It appears that the Solujet is leaving a ring on some of the labware that cannot be removed. What is this ring (sodium silicate?)? How do we remove it? The labware has not been completely submerged. We have just added the Solujet soak for some labware that may have stubborn organics. We have been giving the labware a 4 hour soak in 1% Solujet, followed by warm tap water rinse then wash with Liquinox followed by 3x DI rinse.

Q. Alcojet is not dispensing/dissolving in my lab washer. Do you know why this would happen?
A. When this happens to customers, the most common cause is putting Alcojet into a wet dispenser cup. The caking effect is made worse if the Alcojet does not immediately dispense before running the washer. This causes the wet Alcojet to sit in the wet detergent dispenser cup, cake up solidly and form a cement. When the wash cycle finally pops the dispenser door, the detergent will not dissolve.

A: To remove salts like guanidine thiocyanate and sodium azide, and other inorganics, we would normally recommend
