Q. Is Liquinox suitable for cleaning PEEK?

A. PEEK is a very robust, chemical resistant plastic, which makes it a desirable material of construction for robust medical devices. PEEK is compatible with alkali and cleaning solutions. Chemical resistance tables will rate PEEK A -minor or no effect, or R-recommended for alkalis and detergents or soaps. Liquinox is a mild alkaline detergent that would be compatible for cleaning PEEK components.
