Q. The phosphate content (as phosphorus) is 7.5% in the catalog of Tergazyme. Why is the concentration of Sodium Phosphate 30-40% in the Tergazyme msds? What is different?

A. Tergazyme contains 30-40% sodium phosphate. On an msds you have to list the ingredient and the ingredient is soidum phosphate.  Sodium phosphate contains phosphorus, sodium and oxygen.  The phosphorus content of Tergazyme is 7.5%.  On packaging we are required to list the phosphorus content, so we do.  It is not possible to list the same thing on an msds and the package because there are different requirements, the Tergazyme msds must list the ingredient and the package must list the amount of phosphorus in the ingredients.
