Q. We manufacture industrial chiller units and I need to know more about your products and how friendly they are with refrigeration systems – copper and aluminum materials.
A. Copper and aluminum are common materials of construction in heat exchangers. Citranox® Liquid Acid Cleaner and Detergent and Citrajet® Low-Foam Liquid Acid Cleaner/Rinse are commonly used to clean and descale heat exchange and refrigeration systems. Citranox® and Citrajet® are compatible with copper and aluminum cleaning.
