Cleaning a V Blender

Q. How would you clean a 3 cu ft V blender?

A: I recommend using a 0.5% Solujet® solution of 12 L to clean the 3 cu ft V blender followed by 2 rinses and then a 3rd sampling rinse.  You may wish to do riboflavin UV testing to assure complete coating of the blender with this volume of water. I suggest you use conductivity to detect the Solujet® if you have such a meter available to you.
