Q. We are trying to clean up a machine coolant from our VMC that has residue on the acrylic parts we are milling. It occurs to me that we might simply run Alconox as the coolant. Do you know of anyone doing this? A. Yes, we have heard of people using Alconox precision cleaning solutions as coolant/cleaner.
Q. We are considering using a Liquinox solution for our cleaning needs. We will be cleaning stainless steel from the residues of oils etc. We will be cleaning using an ultrasonic bath. Can you recommend a concentration, time and temperature?

A. It sounds like you need to do a final rinse with deionized or distilled water . . .
An acidic cleaner is defined as an aqueous cleaner that has a pH significantly below 7, typically below a pH of 5.5.
Q. Is your company certified by GMP standards? Our customer is now using your products and he would like to have a copy of this certificate for his record. Otherwise, his company would not be allowed to use Alconox, Inc.
