Using Liquinox as Stainless Steel Cleaner

Q. We are considering using a Liquinox solution for our cleaning needs. We will be cleaning stainless steel from the residues of oils etc. We will be cleaning using an ultrasonic bath. Can you recommend a stainless steel cleaner concentration, time and temperature?

A. Typically you would use a warm to hot (120-140 deg F), 1% (1.25 oz/gal or 10 mL/L) Liquinox solution for 10 minutes followed by a thorough rinse. For faster cleaning, or for very difficult heavy oils, raise the temperature. Light oils may be able to be cleaned faster or at lower temperatures.
