Q. Several times when we have dropped the tablets in the bottom of the washer, and it has shot out the siphon whole! Any advice?
A. Great question as it is not an uncommon occurrence and we’ve dealt with this many times. It can be solved by following a procedural change. Place the Alcotabs® Tablet Pipet Detergent on the bottom of the washer before the water is turned on, and before the basket is placed. Then place the basket of pipettes on top of the tablet. At this point the wash cycle can be started. In this manner the basket is holding down the tablet before the water is started and the tablet is held in place.
As the Alcotabs tablet dissolve, it is continually held in place by the weighted basket and effervesces in to the pipettes. If you would like any further details, please contact us any time.
