Our customers need to clean pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and medical device surfaces in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices requiring a cleaning validation that shows that no interfering residues were left. The use of a US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved cleaner is desired.
Cleaning Allergen Products
In cleaning allergen products tergazyme would be the best detergent to break down the protein allergens. Use a warm, but not hot (do not exceed 130 deg F) 1% solution of Tergazyme (10 g/L). Use the Tergazyme within 8 hours of mixing up the solution.
