Tergazyme and Bleach Cleaning

Q. Can Tergazyme be a supplement to bleach cleaning? Also can it be used to clean a microfiltration membrane system?

A. Use of Tergazyme® Enzyme-Active Powdered detergent can be an excellent pre-cleaning procedure prior to bleaching. Tergazyme detergent’s proteolytic enzymes can break down hydrophobic biofilms and other residues that can interfere with bleach performance. It is suitable for microfiltration membrane system cleaning to remove any proteinaceous filter fouling that may have occurred.
